Nature center offers A Haunting in the Valley

Spring Valley Nature Center, 1111 E. Schaumburg Road, will transform its twisting trails into a haunted experience from 6:15 to 9:30 p.m., Oct. 28 and 29 during A Haunting in the Valley.

Spring Valley’s popular Halloween program will feature mysterious and magical walks through the Log Cabin Woods. Covered wagons will transport groups to the trail entrance every 15 minutes for a half-hour walk. Games, a live owl display, refreshments and a bonfire will be available at the Nature Center.

Tickets are available for purchase at Spring Valley Nature Center for one of four time slots each evening. Tickets purchased at the door on the night of the event are $6 per person. Space is limited. Pre-sale tickets are strongly encouraged.
