Open auditions for CTE's 'The Little Mermaid' Aug. 29-30

The Children's Theatre of Elgin will hold open auditions for the fall production of "The Little Mermaid."

Auditions are open to all children ages 7-15 (second to ninth grade) in the Elgin area.

Auditions will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 29 and Tuesday, Aug. 30 at Good Shepherd Lutheran School, 1111 Van St., Elgin.

Performances will be at the Hemmens Cultural Center in Elgin on Oct. 20-23.
