Exponent moves to new office in Warrenville

Exponent Inc., is moving to a new office, located at 4580 Weaver Parkway in the Cantera subdivision of Warrenville, a building which is currently undergoing a complete renovation.

The 48,000 square foot building was recently purchased by DynaCom Management on January 26. Exponent will occupy 15,100 square feet, almost one-third of the building. “For this size transaction to come up and the deal to close this quickly in the current economic market condition, is just extraordinary. We're excited that Exponent has chosen one of DynaCom's properties and we look forward to other tenants joining them in the renovated building” Ali Setork, owner of DynaCom said.

DynaCom is carrying out a complete renovation on the building which is set to re-open this spring. The multi-tenant office property will feature public washrooms, common hallways, a grand lobby entrance and 50 additional parking spaces. Exponent plans to move into their new Cantera offices on August 1.

Exponent's staff of approximately 900, located in 19 offices throughout the nation and 5 international offices, combine a multidisciplinary team of scientists, physicians, engineers, and regulatory consultants to perform scientific research and analysis. This real estate transaction is part of a larger relocation for Exponent, with employees moving to the Warrenville/Cantera property and a second location in downtown Chicago.
