Hampshire 59, North Boone 47: Playing without injured center Tyler Watzlawick, the Whip-Purs (18-4, 9-0) downed North Boone and remained alone in first place in the Big Northern East. Pat Azizi dropped a career-high 30 points on the Vikings, while Tyler Crater added 13 for Hampshire.

Burlington Central 59, Harvard 30: Sam Klein had 20 points and Ray Hunnicutt added 14 to lead the Rockets (14-9, 7-1) to a Big Northern East win on the road. Ryan Ritchie added 10 points for BC.

Cary-Grove 54, McHenry 47: Alex Posey had 17 points and Nick Richter added 15 to lead the Trojans (10-13, 4-4) to a Fox Valley Conference Valley Division win.
