St. Edward 59, Aurora Christian 35: Enza Ranallo had 16 points and 8 rebounds to lead St. Edward (16-5) to a Suburban Christian crossover win, the Green Wave’s fifth straight win. Maddie Kerr added 11 points, Callie Johnson had 10 and Paige Gannon pulled down 8 rebounds for St. Edward.

Streamwood 73, Elgin 30: Amanda Patterson struck for a career-high 19 points and dished out 7 assists as well as the Sabres (17-4, 8-1) rolled to an Upstate Eight River win. Deja Moore added 14 points and Michelle Tomczak and Emma Schmidt 10 each for Streamwood while Jessica Cerda had 8. Briana Hamilton led Elgin (0-22, 0-8) with 13 points.

Lake Park 56, South Elgin 49: Still playing without injured scoring leader Becca Smith, the Storm (11-11, 3-6) fell in the UEC Valley. Lania Robinson had 18 points to lead South Elgin, while Kelsey Prince added 12 and Samantha Uveges 8.
