Schaumburg parks’ new cable show seeking kids

The Schaumburg Park District’s “G4K” television show is looking for kids ages 8 to 13 interested in appearing in upcoming episodes.

“G4K,” or “Good for Kids” is the newest addition to the WSPD-TV line up. Each episode contains a healthy cooking segment with Whole Foods Market in Schaumburg and a fitness segment instructed by the Schaumburg Park District. Parents provide transportation. A waiver must be completed before taping.
