Santa's Flight to Schaumburg

Celebrate Santa's Flight to Schaumburg from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 5 at the Schaumburg Regional Airport, 903 W. Irving Park Road.

Participants will wait for Santa's arrival by helicopter in the airport's hangar and enjoy a buffet breakfast by Pilot Pete's restaurant. As Santa approaches, the hangar doors will open and children will have the opportunity to talk with Santa.

Registration ends Friday, Dec. 3. All children must be accompanied by an adult, but children 3 and younger are fee and must sit in a parent's lap. All family members must be registered and should dress warmly.

The cost for ages 3 to 12 is $9. The cost for ages 13 and up is $16 for Schaumburg Park District residents and $27 for nonresidents. For more information, call (847) 490-7015.
