Chantilly Cream

2 cups heavy whipping cream

¼

cup powdered sugar

1 tablespoon brandy (or vanilla extract)

Place all the ingredients in the large bowl of an electric mixer, and mix on high until the mixture is consistency of softened butter. Place into a zipper-top bag or pastry bag. Refrigerate until ready to pipe onto dessert.

Makes 2 cups.
