Fremont, between 3 p.m. April 16 and 9 a.m. April 19. Damage was estimated at $300; labor to repair the damage was estimated at $500.bull; Vandals wrote sexual graffiti on the upper ramp wall on the top floor of the public parking garage at 22 S. Miner St. and charged with possession of a fictitious ID card and a fraudulent ID card. The report said an officer found a social security card and permanent resident card in his wallet that did not belong to him. His court date is May 4.bull; Michael R. Mocydlarz, 21, of the 100 block of East Northwest Highway, Des Plaines, was arrested around 12:20 a.m. April 21 at Miner Street Tavern, 1492 E. Miner St. and charged with disorderly conduct and theft. The report said he gave a bartender a credit card that did not belong to him and the card was declined when the bartender swiped it to pay for Mocydlarz's $72 bar tab. Reports said he ran from the bar and officers found him urinating on a wall nearby. His court date is May 7.bull; Salvatore W. Palaggi, 32, of the 0-100 block of North Tower Road, Oak Brook, was arrested around 10 p.m. April 12 on the 100 block of North River Road and charged with possession of stolen property after a traffic stop. The report said an officer saw several tools in Palaggi's truck and a notebook with tools listed from several Home Depot stores. At least some of the tools were reported stolen. Basheer, 18, of the 4100 block of North Mozart Street, Chicago, was arrested around 9:35 p.m. April 18 on the 100 block of South River Road and charged with possession of marijuana after the car he was riding in was stopped for a traffic violation. Kensington Road, and charged with village ordinance possession of marijuana. The report said an officer found the drug in a film canister inside his car.
