Hampshire 8, North Boone 0: The Whip-Purs, playing in the first day of the Richmond-Burton Tournament, easily defeated North Boone to start off 1-0. Alex Field registered a hat trick while Dichelle Spielman recorded 2 goals on the afternoon. Karla Vietinghoff and Cassie Dumoulin and Alex Dumoulin each found the back of the net once to round out the Whip-Purs' scoring. Haylee Moscato preserved the shutout in goal.

McHenry 4, Dundee-Crown 1: Mallory Fryer scored the Chargers' (4-5-2, 1-3) lone goal as they were defeated by McHenry in Fox Valley (Valley) action. Deanna Libricz turned away 4 shots on goal for Dundee-Crown.
