Cupcakes help Autism Society
Cupcakes and Favours for a Cause is hosting an event to benefit the Autism Society of America from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 17 in the cafeteria of Addams Junior High School at 700 S. Springinsguth Road in Schaumburg.
Volunteers will bake and bring cupcakes to sell and raise money for the Autism Society. Entry is free, and cupcakes are priced at $1 to $2. There will also be drinks available, free kids entertainment and face painting. The group is also still looking for volunteers to send in cupcakes or help out.
All cupcakes will be entered into a contest for prizes if you register online by Saturday, April 10. Visit cupcakesandfavours.org.
