His court date is Feb. 23. bull; Douglas Forth, 22, of the 700 block of Dunmore Lane, Bartlett, was arrested around 3:55 a.m Feb. 8 at Route 59 and West Bartlett Road and charged with a traffic violation, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
