Immaculate Conception 58, St. Edward 52: The Green Wave (10-14) trailed by just 2 points at halftime, but were unable to come away with a victory as they were defeated by Immaculate Conception on the road in this Suburban Christian Conference (Blue Division) contest.

Alexandria Lee and Maddie Kerr paced the Green Wave, recording double-digits with 19 and 17 points, respectively.

Neuqua Valley 54, Elgin 21: The Maroons (1-23, 1-7) struggled to get the offense going as they were held to just 4 first quarter points en route to an Upstate Eight Conference loss at Neuqua Valley. Briana Hamilton led the Maroons with 9 points on the night.

East Aurora 66, Larkin 29: The Royals (1-21, 0-8) were unable to slow down the Tomcat offense that exploded for 41 first half points, as Larkin fell at home in this Upstate Eight Conference matchup. Maggie Hofmann and Allison Smith led the Royals with 7 and 5 points, respectively.
