Larkin High adapts Alice in Wonderland:Larkin High School's Visual and Performing Arts Academy Dancers will present a dancing adaptation of "Alice in Wonderland" Feb. 3-6, with public performances at 7 p.m. Feb. 5 and 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Feb. 6 at the school auditorium, 1475 Larkin Ave. Elgin. Ticket prices are $5 for students and seniors, and $8 for adults.Concert For Hunger:The Raue Center for the Arts in Crystal Lake will be home to a free concert on Feb. 6 benefiting the Crystal Lake Food Pantry. The BlackSmith Project Concert for Hunger will be held at 7 p.m. and feature local Christian musical acts. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. The food pantry will receive 100 percent of all donations made that evening. Questions? Call (847) 915-7610.District 158 hosts auditions:Huntley High School is hosting auditions for the school district third annual talent show. Auditions will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 2, and Wednesday, Feb. 3, in the choir room. You must reserve an audition time in advance. A piano and a CD player will be available, but you must bring your own accompanist. Acts should be family friendly and no longer than 4 minutes.
