It Pays to Read winter reading program: Monday, Feb. 1-Sunday, Feb. 28, Mount Prospect Public Library, 10 S. During the It Pays to Read program, the library is also collecting money for its Literacy Is Priceless Fund to purchase books for Mount Prospect children in need.
