12 ounces chili sauce1 cup tomato sauce#8539; cup dark molasses2 tablespoons brown sugar2 tablespoons white vinegar1 tablespoon chili powder1 teaspoon cayenne pepper1 teaspoon coriander powder#189; teaspoon cumin#188; teaspoon finely ground black pepper#8539; teaspoon nutmeg#8539; teaspoon allspice3 shakes Louisiana hot sauceCombine all ingredients in saucepan; simmer for 30 minutes.Makes enough to coat three slabs of baby back ribs, eight pork chops or two chickens.
