Cary-Grove 8-0 after beating Antioch

Claire Jakubicek led four Cary-Grove players in double figures with 22 points as the Trojans stayed perfect on the season Wednesday night with an 84-56 nonconference girls basketball win over Antioch. The Trojans led 39-30 at halftime and then exploded for 45 points in the second half.

Olivia Jakubicek added 12 points for the Trojans (8-0), while Liz Bart added 11 and Meg Straumann 10.
