The board must fill the seat within 45 days of Bush's resignation. Applications are due on Friday, Dec. 11. The district is also looking to fill the vacancy left by board President Dave Ruelle's resignation on Nov. 16. Officials hope to fill both seats in December. Call (847) 639-7788.
