Willowbrook Warriors

Scouting report Willowbrook is young and inexperienced in some spots, but the Warriors have some good veterans elsewhere in the lineup. That's what happens when you have four sophomores and four juniors on the roster, but you can also turn to players like Flood and Interrante. But the Warriors won't necessarily turn to those veterans on offense. "I think that's a good thing," said new coach Harrell of not having a go-to player. "What I'm looking for is leaders. What I want is for everybody to want to take that shot," he said. The Warriors often will look for a shot from the paint, where 6-footers Interrante and Dalton will patrol. "We'll be a relatively tall team," Harrell said. "We'll try to take advantage of that when the opportunity presents itself." Harrell's expertise is on the defensive side of the ball, though, and changes are coming. "We'll press and do some halfcourt traps, which typically hasn't happened at Willowbrook the last few years," he said.
