Scouting report At 6-foot-3, you can't miss Markovic on the court. Her presence isn't limited to the paint. "She's definitely more of a ball player," Fonda said. "She understands that she has to carry a lot of the scoring. In practice she's demanding the basketball. To me that's maturity." Hicks worked her way into the starting lineup as a freshman, and Fonda said she "doesn't have the deer in the headlights look anymore. "She's coming into her own," Fonda said. Diiorio, a 5-10 senior, is a third experienced Raider with size who like Markovic can shoot. "It's a cool group of kids," Fonda said. "I can already see the competitiveness coming out of them."
