Karen's Chicken Quiche
1 9-inch pie crust
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
2 chicken breast halves, cooked and diced
2¾
ounces canned, fried onion rings
Heat oven to 300 degrees.
Place pie crust in pan.
In a large bowl, beat together eggs, sour cream, Worcestershire and Swiss cheese; add chicken and onions. Pour into pie crust and bake 30-50 minutes or until lightly set, light brown and aromatic. (It will continue cooking as it cools.)
Serves six.
Cook's notes: May be made in advance and frozen; reheat at 300 degrees.
