Creamy Horseradish and Chive Sauce
2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
1 teaspoon white-wine vinegar
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, chives and vinegar.
Serves four.
