Lamb Stew
3 pounds lamb stew meat
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup white cannelini beans
1¾
cups barley
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
Place all ingredients in a 6-quart slow cooker. Add water to fill pot and cook on HIGH 8-10 hours.
