Sausage Casserole

4 slices bread, cubed

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

1 pound cooked sausage

2 cups milk

9 eggs

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Heat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9-by-12-inch baking dish.

Spread the cubed bread evenly over the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle the cheese and sausage evenly over the bread.

In a large bowl, mix together the milk, eggs, salt, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Pour the mixture evenly over the bread and sausage and bake 45 minutes.

Serves eight.
