Door County Green Beans

1-2 tablespoons olives oil

2 pounds fresh green beans, ends snapped off

1-2 teaspoons kosher salt

3 cloves garlic, minced

Heat olive oil at medium-low in large saute pan. Sprinkle pan with salt and garlic, toss in green beans and gently saute until beans are coated with oil, salt and garlic. Continue cooking until tender crisp, 5-7 minutes.

Serves six to eight.
