Sesame Cucumber Salad

1 large or 2 small cucumbers, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

¼

teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons black sesame seeds (optional)

In a bowl, toss the cucumbers with the sesame oil and salt. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds, if using.

Serves four.
