Libraries: Follow Schaumburg's lead

Kudos to the Schaumburg Public Library for clarifying its rules for the expulsion of those who create an "air" which disturbs other patrons.

Whether it be offensive body odor, goofs who bathe in cologne, as well as loud talkers and narcissistic cell phone clods, the Schaumburg Library is poised to enforce rules which make sense to the sane and rational.

Perhaps this will inspire the Rolling Meadows Library to do the right thing. On several occasions lately, I've had to personally hush patrons with loud children and clueless cell phone users while spineless employees sit there slack jawed.

Time is long overdue to do what's right for the good of the many instead of pampering social misfits.
