No. 6 Glenbard South (19-7) vs. No. 4 Riverside-Brookfield (24-2)
When: 7:30 p.m. today.
Outlook: A rematch of Riverside-Brookfield's 76-66 victory over the Raiders at the Jack Tosh holiday tournament, expect similar offensive numbers in this one. Glenbard South, the host of this Class 3A regional, is vying for its first regional title since 2004. The Bulldogs, meanwhile, haven't won a regional since 2002. The Raiders feature a potent offense led by 6-foot-6 Jordan Harks, who averages about 22 points per game. Glenbard South rounds out its attack with Louis Erkins and Ralondo Shumate, who helped the team to an 86-40 win over Austin Polytechnic. R-B has crazy perimeter skills - the Bulldogs knocked down 19 3-pointers in a recent win over Fenton. Sean McGonagill's a leader, and the Bulldogs got a huge boost with the return from injury of Dan Oswald.
