Season ends for Westminster
Indian Creek 54, Westminster 34: In one semifinal of the Class 1A Hinckley-Big Rock regional, the Warriors (5-17) were unable to keep pace with Indian Creek. Sarah Rodgers posted a team-high 14 points in the loss. Rachel Doby pulled down 11 rebounds and recorded 9 points for Westminster.
"We started out great in the first quarter but ended up chasing the rest of the game," Warriors coach Ken Flickinger said. "We had three starters out, but I was really pleased with how the girls played."
