•Frank L. Webb, 47, homeless, was arrested around 2 p.m. Jan. 30 at Val's, 17 Town Center Lane, and charged with public intoxication. A court date was not available.

•Lindsay H. Burns, 19, of the 11100 block of West Carnahan, Beach Park, was arrested Feb. 1 at Belvidere Road and I-94 and charged with illegal transportation of open alcohol, zero tolerance driving under the influence, illegal consumption of alcohol, and illegal possession of alcohol. His court date is Feb. 25.

•Thieves stole a silver 2005 Jeep Cherokee in a store parking lot at 6132 Route 132 after the female owner dropped the keys on the ground near her SUV around 7:30 p.m. Jan. 27. A value estimate was not available.

•John H. Bickley, 20, of the 0-100 block of Tournament Drive North, Hawthorn Woods, was arrested around 4:10 a.m. Jan. 17 at Sequoia and East Gilmer roads and charged with traffic violations, consumption of alcohol by a minor and driving under the influence of alcohol. His court date is Feb. 18.

•Vandals poured motor oil down the length of a driveway at a home on the 400 block of Farm Bridge Road around 11 a.m. Jan. 26. Damage was estimated at $100.
•Vandals broke a door knob at a business on the 1100 block of Rose Road Jan. 26, but it was not known if someone tried to enter the building. A damage estimate was not available.

•Nicolas Rivera-Murillo, 24, of the 700 block of Brittney Square, Grayslake, was arrested around 12:45 a.m. Jan. 24 at Fairfield Road and Route 134 and charged with possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), possession of drug paraphernalia (drug pipe), illegal transportation of open alcohol, and traffic violations. His court date is Feb. 18.

•Thieves stole a snowblower at a home on the 500 block of Redwing Drive Jan. 20. A value estimate was not available.

•Sonia A. Gonzalez, 37, of the 2600 block of Iroquois Road, Waukegan, was arrested Jan. 27 at Sears in Westfield Hawthorn mall and charged with retail theft after she took merchandise valued at $342. Her court date is Feb. 26.
•Karl F. Ernst, 20, of the 34100 block of Homestead Road, Gurnee, was arrested Jan. 28 at the Westfield Hawthorn mall and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia (marijuana pipe) after a traffic stop. A court date is March 9.
