Glenbard West 59, St. Francis 51: Abbey White scored 21 points for the Hilltoppers (17-8), who outscored the Spartans 22-9 in the second quarter to pick up a non-conference win. Abbie Hastings added 16 points and Cayla Herbst 12 for Glenbard West. Kelly Reinke led St. Francis (8-14) with 14 points.

Lisle 47, Sandwich 42: Jackie Todd poured in 27 points and Colleen Drennan added 16 for the Lions (9-17, 5-5 Interstate Eight).

Glenbard South 42, DeKalb 28: Patrice Hicks scored 11 points and Nevena Markovic 10 for the Raiders (14-9, 8-3 Western Sun).

Hinsdale South 54, Addison Trail 53: Sam Schimmel scored 20 points and Uzo Okoro 20 for Hinsdale South in a West Suburban Gold Conference win. Jazmin Little had 29 points for Addison Trail in the loss.

Joliet 54, Waubonsie Valley 52: Keiera Ray had 29 points, 13 rebounds and 2 steals, but the Warriors (15-7) were outscored 17-9 in the fourth quarter of a non-conference road defeat.
