Pisco Sour
2 ounces Pisco (Peruvian brandy) or brandy
1 ounce lime juice
¾ ounce simple syrup
1 egg white
1 dash bitters
Shake hard or blend with ice, the brandy, lime juice, simple syrup and egg white. Strain into a glass. The bitters are an aromatic garnish topping the finished drink, put on top of pisco sour foam.
Serves one.
