Perfect Manhattan

2 ounces blended or straight whiskey

Dash sweet vermouth

Dash dry vermouth

Cherry, for garnish

Pour all ingredients over ice in a mixing glass and stir. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.

Serves one.
