Mustard Mayonnaise

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1½ teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, tarragon and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.

Makes about ¿ cup.
