Lancer Preschool to begin Tuesday
Lancer Preschool meets from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, Tuesday through May 16, at Lake Park High School West Campus, 500 W. Bryn Mawr Ave., Roselle.
The preschool is designed for children ages 3 and 4 who are toilet trained and are ready for the preschool environment.
Run by the Family and Consumer Science department at the high school, teachers are high school students who are interested in careers in child development and have completed a prerequisite course in child development.

Internet program to offers safety tips
An Internet Safety seminar will be from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Commons of Westfield Middle School, 149 Fairfield Way, Bloomingdale. Officer Dawn Odoi will give information on Internet predators. For details, call (630) 369-9576.
Lear about library's Web site features
Bloomingdale Public Library will have a class that will demonstrate the features of the library's Web site and online resources from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Library, 101 Fairfield Way, Bloomingdale.

Kreative Kids takes on a royal theme
A Kreative Kids program for children in kindergarten through second grade will be from 4:30 to 5:15 p.m. Thursday at Roselle Public Library, 40 S. Park St., Roselle.
The theme "Kings and Queens" will involve a sharing of stories of "royalty." Children will create "royal" paper bag puppet characters.

Sign up your kids for puppet show
Registration continues for a free marionette performance at 11 a.m. Jan. 26 at Roselle Public Library, 40 S. Park St., Roselle.
Roberts Marionettes will present the Scottish folk tale "The Lass that Couldna Be Frightened." The performance is suggested for children in kindergarten and older, but is open to all ages.
Adults must accompany and supervise children younger than 8 years old during the performance.
