Beacon Pointe in Hoffman Estates nears closeout
Beacon Pointe, a Kirk Homes community in Hoffman Estates featuring 84 single-family homes, is moving toward closeout. The final offering includes some sites that average just under a quarter-acre.
Base prices in the community range from $402,995 to $498,495, and the homes include deluxe features. Personalizing options on the homes make them a streamlined alternative to the custom building process.
"The scenic stretch along Shoe Factory Road west of Route 59 has close proximity to the Beverly Road interchange onto I-90," says Janey Amidei, vice president of sales and marketing for Kirk Homes.
"Beacon Pointe offers homes with features most luxury home buyers desire. Three homes are offered for 60-day delivery and have substantial incentives."
Eight two-story floor plans are available for the homes to be built, one of which features a first-floor master bedroom. They range from 2,017 to 3,763 square feet with three bedrooms and a loft to five bedrooms, 2½ to four baths, full basements and two-car (or available three-car) garages. Three of the floor plans are available in the homes for quick delivery.
The homes for early delivery include the Summerhill, a 2,017-square-foot home with three bedrooms and 2½ baths, priced at $428,495; the Roseglen, a 2,659-square-foot home with three bedrooms, a loft and 2½ baths plus three-car garage, priced at $511,995; and the Linden, a 2,893-square-foot plan with four bedrooms, 2½ baths, first-floor den plus second-floor loft and two-car garage, priced from $515,995.
All Beacon Pointe homes feature living rooms and dining rooms, kitchens with breakfast nooks and family rooms as well as full basements. Other inclusions are 9-foot first-floor ceilings, six-panel white doors and trim, 42-inch cabinets, kitchen islands, central air conditioning, appliances, master baths with soaking tubs and separate showers plus double-bowl vanities, solid-surface tops in hall and master baths, choice of ceramic or hardwood foyer floors, and 50-gallon water heaters.
Exterior features include house wrap, low-maintenance trim and soffit and fascia, architectural shingles, shutters and decorative grids on windows (in some areas), sodded sites with landscape packages and parkway trees.
In addition, one or more of the homes for 60-day delivery may have oak railings and upgraded wood floors, stainless-steel appliances, extended breakfast rooms, bay windows, spa tubs in the master baths, fireplaces, main-floor laundry rooms with laundry tubs, islands and other upgrades.
The homes to be built may be personalized with Kirk Homes' optional features, including kitchens with glass cabinet accent doors, crown molding, tilt-out cabinet fronts and roll-out shelves; wood-burning fireplaces with log lighters; colonist or oak trim; stained oak railings; patios; skylights; whirlpool tubs; spa baths; bay windows in some areas; and three-car attached garages.
Though known for its easy access to I-90, Beacon Pointe also is served by nearby commuter train service and an abundance of stores and services.
