Batavia

• Jonathon L. Anderson, 19, of 415 North Hamlin Ave., Chicago, was cited for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor at 125 W. Wilson St. at 5:12 p.m. Monday, police said.

• Alicia M. Pierce, 39, of 1179 W. Wilson St., Apt. B, was charged with criminal trespass after an incident at a residence on the 600 block of South Batavia Avenue at 9:42 a.m. Monday.

• Andre C. Stewart, 21, of 864 Fordham Ave., Aurora; and Demetruis D. Stewart, 22, of 748 N. View St., Aurora, were charged with criminal trespass after an incident on the 1300 block of East Wilson Street at 10:05 p.m. Sunday, police said. Stewart was also charged with resisting a police officer.

Elburn

• James R. Seanor, 53, of the 800 block of North First Street, was charged with aggravated discharge of a firearm in connection with an incident at his residence Sept. 8. Bail was set at $10,000, and he has a Friday court date.

• Shannon Jones, 33, of Calhoun Street in Woodstock, was charged with residential burglary in connection with a Sept. 18 incident, according to police. Money, a camera, cell phones, liquor and cash were stolen from a home on the 400 block of South First Street. Bail was set at $250,000, and Jones has an Oct. 4 court date.

• Paul A. Vrame, 36, of Fountain Green Drive in Crystal Lake, was charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon Sept. 22. He was taken to the Kane County jail, released on a $5,000 bond Sept. 23 and has an Oct. 5 court date.

• Anthony M. Cucitro, 26, of Maple Park was charged with home invasion Tuesday in connection with a incident on the 300 block of north Read Street on May 21. He was transported to the Kane County jail, and his bail was set at $125,000.

Kane County

• Telephone harassment was reported Monday by a resident at 6N934 Woodlawn Ave., St. Charles Township.

• Financial identity theft was reported Saturday by a resident at 49W836 Allen Road, Hampshire Township.

• An estimated $3,000 in vandalism damage was done to a construction site at 40W735 Stonecrest Drive, Plato Township, late Saturday or early Sunday.

• Attempted burglary was reported Friday at 5N661 Leola Lane, St. Charles Township.

• Several items valued at $195, including a softball mitt and baseball tee, were reported stolen Saturday from a garage at 0N532 Sulley Drive, Blackberry Township.

• A 1994 Chevrolet Lumina that had been reported stolen was found Monday at 788 Villa St., Elgin.

• An iPod valued at $350 was reported stolen Monday from a car at 0N139 Holland Lane, Blackberry Township.

St. Charles

• Reginald A. Bruce, 43, of 41W625 Foxtail Circle, was arrested at 1:43 a.m. Sunday and charged with drunken driving, operating an uninsured vehicle and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after rear-ending a vehicle on the first block of East Main Street, police said. No injuries were reported. Bruce was released on $3,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 10.
