Get your dogs going, take part in Companions' Snoopy festival
Canine Companions for Independence will host its 15th Annual Snoopy Dog Fest fundraiser Sept. 20 at Naperville Riverwalk.
The dog walk, with or without your dog, will have registration and breakfast at 10 a.m. The almost 2 mile walk will start at 11 a.m.
Additional events that start just after noon include costume contests, demonstrations, music, food and more.
CCI is an organization that trains and places service dogs for the disabled, other than the deaf and blind, which helps them achieve a more independent life.

Agility:ŒWI-IL Agility Club of Spring Grove will hold Agility Trials Sept. 21, 22 and 23 at KICKS Inc., Regional Sports Facility, 1310 Ridgefield Road, Crystal Lake, so you have a choice of three days to find out what Agility is all about. Correction Clinics:ŒCar-Dun-Al Obedience Dog Training Club's next Correction Clinic will be held Sept. 25 at 10643 Wolf Drive, Huntley. Registration begins at 6:30 p.m. and judging at 7 p.m. Entries are accepted until 8 p.m. Gate entry fee is $7 plus $5 for an additional entry of same dog. • The German Shepherd Dog Training Club of Chicago will hold the next Correctional Clinic Sept. 28. Registration starts at 6:30 p.m. and judging at 7 p.m. Pre-entry fee is $5 plus $3 for an additional entry of same dog, and gate or e-mail entry is $6 and $4.
