At the Lakes of Boulder Ridge in Lake in the Hills, Par Development, Inc., is offering maintenance-free villas for 90-day delivery with discounts and bonuses.
"We've got Ashton and Brighton floor plans well under way and are offering a variety of savings packages, including free basements in two Ashton plans and up to $25,000 off the home price to buyers who purchase one of the other homes for 90-day delivery," said Charles Lorenz, president for Par Development, Inc.
