Cruising DuPage

• Lombard has extended its Cruise Night season two weeks for 2007. Car enthusiasts will be bringing their vehicles to St. Charles Road and Main Street Sept. 8 and 14.

• Wheaton's Cruise Night, known as "Vintage Rides: Antique Car and Custom Motorcycle Show," will arrive in Downtown Wheaton for the last time of the season from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday. For details, call (630) 682-0633.

• In Villa Park, the Friday Night Car Show at the Gazebo at Ardmore and Park avenues continues from 6 to 9 p.m. Fridays through Sept. 14.

• Winfield Chamber of Commerce presents Cruzin' Winfield from 6 to 9 p.m. during select Mondays throughout the summer on Jewell Road, north of the railroad tracks and east of Winfield Road. • The Batavia Jaycees will host a Cruise Night (Jeep Night) from 6 to 9 p.m. today in downtown Batavia along the Riverwalk on Houston Street, between Water and Island streets. • The Lake Shore Region of the Lincoln and Continental Owners Club will host a car show from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 8 at the Westin Hotel in Itasca, near the intersection of I-290 and Thorndale Avenue. • The Northern Illinois Fiero Enthusiasts will present the 2007 Fierorama from noon to 5 p.m. Sept. 9 at Pottawatamie Park in St. Charles. This year marks the 20th anniversary of the 1987 Fiero.
