Prosciutto and Cheese Dip
8 ounces sour cream1 1/2 cups mayonnaise16 ounces (2, 8-ounce packages) cream cheese8 ounces prosciutto, chopped 1/2 cup garlic, chopped 1/4 cup Italian seasoning blend1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning blend4 cups Swiss cheese, shreddedHeat oven to 350 degrees.Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, prosciutto, garlic, Italian seasoning and Swiss cheese in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Bake uncovered for 60-75 minutes. Dip will be golden brown and crusty when done.Serve hot with assorted crackers or cocktail breads.Serves 15.Cook's note: Recipe may be baked a day in advanced; microwave it to reheat.
