Bodacious Biscuits and Beans
1 can (16 ounces) baked beans1 can (16 ounces) pinto beans1 can (16 ounces) vegetarian baked beans1 can (11 ounces) mandarin orange segments with juice1 cup golden raisins1 medium tart apple, such as Granny Smith or Pippin, peeled, cored and minced 1/2 cup cane syrup or dark molasses1 small onion, minced2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/2 cup ketchup2 tablespoons orange juice1 package (10 ounces) refrigerated biscuitsHeat oven or grill to 300 degrees.In large, ovenproof skillet gently combine baked beans, pinto beans and vegetarian baked beans, mandarin oranges, raisins, apple, cane syrup or molasses, onions, mustard, cinnamon, nutmeg, ketchup and orange juice.
