Barbecue Pasta Salad

1 pound rotini pasta (6 cups cooked)1 cup ranch dressing 3/4 cup barbecue sauce2 cups cooked chicken, chopped 1/2 pound thick bacon, cooked, drained and chopped in small pieces1 large bell pepper, diced 1/2 cup red onion, diced 1/2 cup or more cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced1 can (about 11 ounces) sweet corn, drained1 can (about 15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed2 large tomatoes, dicedSeasoned salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly gratedBring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add pasta and cook until al dente, about 9 to 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking. Rinse well and place in large serving bowl.Pour ranch dressing and barbecue sauce over pasta and mix well. Add chicken, bacon, bell pepper, red onion, cucumber, sweet corn, black beans and tomatoes. Season to taste with salt and pepper, stir in parmesan.Serves 10 to 12 as side dish.Nutrition values per serving: 344 calories, 14 g fat (4 g saturated), 36 g carbohydrates, 4 g fiber, 18 g protein, 36 mg cholesterol, 447 mg sodium.
