Italian Breakfast Pizza
1 prepared thin pizza crust (16 ounces, such as Boboli)8 ounces Italian cheese blend, shredded, divided1 pound bacon, cooked, drained and diced2 plum tomatoes, thinly slicedPepper to taste3-4 large eggs 1/3 cup milk 1/4 cup chopped fresh basilPinch saltHeat oven to 425 degrees.Place crust on round pizza pan. Sprinkle with half the cheese, all the bacon and tomatoes. Sprinkle with pepper.In a bowl whisk together eggs, milk, basil and pinch of salt. Pour in middle of bread. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake 20-25 minutes.
