Pork and Pepperoni Pizza Burgers
1 pound ground pork 1/2 cup chopped pepperoni (about 2 ounces), see note 1/2 cup Italian-style dry breadcrumbs 1/2 cup prepared pizza sauce 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese6 sandwich bunsIn a medium bowl, stir together ground pork, pepperoni, bread crumbs, pizza sauce and oregano. Shape mixture into 6 patties.Grill or broil burgers for 5 minutes per side, until an instant-read thermometer reads 160 degrees.
