Swiss Turkey Spinach Wraps
1 large (or 2 small) avocado, peeled and seeded5 large spinach tortillas10 slices turkey breast lunch meat10 slices Swiss cheese2 medium tomatoes, diced3 cups shredded lettuceMash avocado with a fork. Stir a pinch of salt into avocado, and then spread evenly over tortillas.Lay 2 turkey slices over tortilla, covering tortilla as much as possible. Cut each slice of cheese in half: then lay over meat. Sprinkle tomato and lettuce in center of each tortilla.
