Thelma Cornell Spain Artwork at Des Plaines Library

During the month of November, watercolor artist and teacher Thelma Cornell Spain will be exhibiting her exquisite artwork at the Des Plaines Public Library, 1501 Ellinwood Street in the 3rd floor gallery area. Thelma is a life member and past president of the Des Plaines Art Guild (dpag.org) and has taught for many years and done numerous watercolor demonstrations throughout the area. Her love of nature is shown through the fluidity and colors of her brush strokes, which are simple, yet striking. Thelma's watercolor paintings have been collected by admirers throughout the U.S. and worldwide and she is the recipient of many awards.
