Join 'Flat Apple' activities at Lombard Cruise Night July 29

Kids in preschool through high school are invited to visit the Lombard Cruise Night Kids Corner Area from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday, July 29, and earn "Flat Apple" raffle tickets for great prizes like a mini iPad, a bike, Beat headphones, gift cards, etc. Participants do not have to be residents of Lombard but do need to register.

Registration can be done online at healthylombard.com/flat-apple-2017/ or in person at the event.

"Flat Apple" is the name given to the Healthy Lombard Foundation's summer program designed to keep kids active during the months when school is not in session. At the Kids Corner, Healthy Lombard, in association with one of its partners, DuPage Healthcare, Ltd., will provide several "Flat Apple" activities such as a hula-hoop challenge, horseshoes, and a Spine Health/Education, 'Spine Toss'. In addition to earning raffle tickets for Healthy Lombard's "Flat Apple" contests, there will also be giveaways for the kids.

The raffle drawing will be held at the August Healthy Lombard partner board meeting. Winners will be notified by email or phone and their first names will be posted on the Flat Apple 2017 page of the Healthy Lombard website.

If the ticket belongs to a child that is not registered, he/she cannot win and the prize will go to a child that is registered.
