Elgin Junior Woman's Club's to host free Family Pinwheel Palooza April 9

Join the Elgin Junior Woman's Club, Elgin Police Department, and the Community Crisis Center for "Pinwheel Palooza for Prevention," a day of free family fun in downtown Elgin.

Meet at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 9, at the Elgin Police Department, 151 Douglas Ave.

Pinwheel Palooza will conclude at noon. The event includes a family fun walk with a photo frame, crafts, games, healthy snacks, and more!

Carla Snodgrass, executive director of operations from Healthy Families America, will be the honored guest speaker.

Many Elgin agencies and organizations will be present!

They will be planting a pinwheel garden to raise awareness for Child Abuse Prevention during the event! See you Saturday, April 9th!
