CCU Hosts Free Seminar: 'Maximizing Your Social Security Check'

Waukegan, IL, January 20, 2015: The word "retirement" can be music to the ears of some, and a terrifying thought to others. Many times, the difference between the two simply depends on the preparations you've made to ensure your retirement finances are in order. With that in mind, Consumer Credit union (CCU; $610 Million, Waukegan, IL) in cooperation with Prudential Annuities of Northern Illinois is hosting a no-cost educational workshop, "Maximizing Your Social Security Check."

The workshop, headed by George LaVenture, (pictured right) Regional Vice President of Prudential Annuities in Northern Illinois will outline the steps necessary to help achieve the income level one needs in retirement. George is uniquely equipped to assist those looking to maximize their retirement portfolio, thanks to 20+ years of experience guiding financial professionals in creating retirement strategies needed to meet their long term financial objectives - regardless of market conditions.
